I've always wanted to write a book because its the number 1 way to get instant credibility in business and a few months ago I came up with the idea to write a book on attracting clients online.
I started to furiously write for about a week, smashed out 10,000 words and then life and other parts of our business started to get in the way.
Guess what? 3 months later its still not done.
Sound Familiar?
It's the same with getting your website sorted for your fitness business or any big task.
You start with enthusiasm and the enthusiasm dies offs and you end up with a pile of unfinished tasks.
We see it all the time, but there is a simple solution
One of my old mentors once told me one that “You only get paid for done” and he is dead right.
So here is what I did.
I hired a coach to sit down with me and map out the book.
She picked my brains for 8 hours yesterday and got the build of the chapters and sub headings done.
All I have to do is fill in the blanks now and actually get it done, and she is going to help me with that as well by holding me accountable (financially as well as mentally, because I'm paying her monthly until its done. The more I procrastinate the more it costs.
That's pretty much what we do with our SWAT Personal Clients as well. (just not the cost bit)
We hold them accountable to getting their websites finished
We split the process of putting your personal trainer website into missions.
Easy to digest tasks that break down the process into chunks.
Then we tell you exactly what needs to go where, just like my publisher did with me.
All you have to do is fill in the blanks and we publish your new site and then show you how to get it in front of the people who will buy your services.
The process is simple really
Gotta shoot, heading back up north on the train (gonna smash out a couple thousand words for my new book on they journey as well
