I get to do something today that I've been wanting to do for over 20 years and I'm super excited. Like a big kid at Christmas kind of excited.
I was 19 years old before I took my first plane ride and even then it was a just a short hop from the UK to Ireland on the now defunct British Midland and ever since then I've been in love with air travel and travelling.
Today I get to take it to the next level and experience Business Class on a flight to New York, even thought it's a free upgrade from British Airways as I've been back and forwards to the States every couple of months for the last year, I'm still really excited.
I know exactly what British Airways are up to by the way.
They want me to experience it, so when I fly the next time I pay for it (and they want to keep me loyal)
It's a classic free trial that you should be using in your business, especially i you are at the top end of the market (an you should be IMHO)
Be free or expensive (but never cheap): Thanks to my old coach Dax Moy for that one.
Let your clients try your services for free.
This is a great way to give them the experience without committing.
Amazon do it with prime, Aston Martin do it with week long test drives and even Apple do it by letting you play with their stuff in store.
BA know, I can afford business class, because they can see my history of flights with them, they know how often I travel, so it's a no brainer to them, plus it wont cos't them anything.
Today I will be getting to the airport early and setting up Camp in the Lounge to make the most of the experience and the feeling.
And that is exactly what they want ^^^^

PS
If you have an email list (and you bloody well should do) then think about offering a free trial at your bootcamp or personal training program. If I was going back into fitness industry I would be using this as a tactic to grow fast.
