As you may have noticed there’s some kind of election in America going on today and me and Matt here at InternetFitpro are big Fans of Hilary. Not because of her policies, but mostly because she is a big fan of email or at least in our case email marketing.
The art of asking your website visitors to leave you with an email address before they leave is something every successful fitpro understands and if you can nail this in your fitness business you will never be scraping around for clients ever again.
Let me give you an example
I've had a Facebook Ad-set running for less than 24 hours. I'm pretty happy with the results so far especially as I've not even turned off the non performing ads yet , but it's very very promising especially as I'm getting an 70% opt in rate and especially since it's going to cold traffic (people who don't know our business yet) and especially since most websites get less than 2% of people taking any action.
That's 7 people leaving their contact details for every 10 visitors

Anyways it's also an example of why knowing who you are targeting in your fitness business is equally as important as knowing what problem your you solve for them (most personal trainers don't even know that).
For the record and in the spirit of transparency I've been playing with this one all week and this is the 3rd attempt this week, but have taken the stats from the previous ads to make sure this one is better. Marginal improvements and learning from failures leading to near guaranteed results.
