The internet and social media my friend is a fickle and dangerous place for a business owner.
In the fitness industry especially it's a place where anyone who has learned a marketing system can set themselves up as a mentor or coach and it seems like there are loads of these people around at the minute.

Then there are the $10,000 masterminds that promise to help you build a 6 figure business and disappear with your cash faster than a babysitter's boyfriend when the car pulls up. I know because I've been duped by these.
