Back when I was working as a trainer I had a simple strategy for earning some extra cash
Now it's not going to make you a millionaire but it's simple and easy to implement strategy that I used that paid for at least 1 luxury holiday for me and Mrs Liam in Ibiza every year when I was working as a trainer and also why most businesses get this way way wrong.

So a couple days ago I was quoting someone for a website and funnel build for their personal trainer website and noticed that on the home page they had adverts for other local services in their town as well as some affiliate links to a nutrition supplement.
All of this on the home page, which in my humble opinion is a huge mistake.

If you have ads on your website for other services or products you are potentially going to lose out on clients because the ads are taking people away from your site.
So what do you do instead if you want to earn some extra cash from your personal trainer website?

Simple, just wait until people have come on board.

We used to affiliate with a greens drink company, they would pay us about £6 ($9) for every sale, but rather than splashing the links and images on our home page all we use to do was add it to our clients welcome pack and their welcome email.

A simple PDF affiliate link to a recommended product that could help speed up their results and even though I sold my fitness business last year I'm still getting commissions from this (3 this month so far totaling about £30) because people are still using the packs as a reference and still using the product.

It doesn't even have to be limited to supplements. If you are in fitness you can easily set up an amazon affiliate account and recommend all sorts of gym stuff, like exercise balls, shoes etc and if you are an “online trainer” you should 100% be doing this. Amazon pays about 6% on each sale.As I said it's not going to make you a millionaire but it can all add up and could take you on a nice holiday.

Gotta shoot as have a social media even to get to. Something about a giant ape called Harambe and there's going to be Banana milkshakes laced with booze.
