By far biggest lesson I learned in 2016 was that no matter what you achieve in business and life, the goalposts always move.

There is no finish line (and never will be) and there is always a struggle.

Every success, in my opinion, starts with struggle.

The second lesson was that you have to work your ass off and get shit done if you want success and it's hard work, despite what the fitness mentors and gooroos tell you.

The goroos and instamongs that pretend they have a perfect life on Facebook are just sharing their BS highlight reel.

They are failing to share the struggles.

The spend 10 minutes a day writing one email a day BS is just that.
The “online trainers” working from the beach or pool 1 hour a day is just BS as well.

Want more clients? Then you got the problems that come with having more clients

Want a 6 figure business? Then you get 6 figure problems.

Point in case, we've just posted our best ever year here at IFP and I'm still not happy with it.

Why not?

I should be, but I'm not because I want to keep moving forwards, so I'll be doing this

I recommend that you look back over the last 12 months and see how you have moved forwards.

What were your wins, even the small ones?

Challenges that you overcame?

You might not be where you want to be right now but looking back is a great way to re-frame things and set you and your fitness business up for a positive start to 2017.
